Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Items that are unopened, unused and in original condition can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with an original sales receipt. 

Returns and exchanges without a receipt will be accepted at the discretion of Thinker Toys.  Items must be unused, in the original packaging, in resalable condition and be an item that we currently sell.  Beyond 30 days, or with a gift receipt, store credit will be offered if we still carry the items.  The return will be issued in the form of store credit and no cash back will be given.

All sales are final on gift cards, clearance sale items, advent calendars and plush items including stuffed animals.
